Appointment Policy

We aim to make sure that we are available to you our clients for the times that work best for you, and we ask that you extend the same courtesy. Appointment times are reserved just for you and the service you request. We require a valid credit or debit card when booking appointments for all services.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment a 24 hour minimum notice is required. Clients that have a card on file will be charged 50% of the services booked if they do not cancel with 24 hour notice or no-show the appointment. Returning Salon clients that cancel without 24 hour notice or no-show will be required to provide a card before booking and will be subject to our cancellation policy for all future appointments.

If your card declines while charging a cancellation fee/no-show fee, the card will continue to be charged until payment is received any day or time. All cancellation/no fee must be paid before scheduling any future appointment.

Late Policy

Salons run on a schedule and we understand that plans do change. We ask that anyone running late please call the salon to let us know your estimated arrival.  We will hold appointments for 10 minutes provided we hear from you. If you are far along into your appointment we may ask you to reschedule another time and/or day and your card will be charged 50% of the service.

Child or Additional Guest Policy.

We feel as a company children who are unattended pose a safety issue. We work in an environment that has sharp tools and chemicals. If something were to happen to your child it would not only be upsetting to you and your family, it would be equally distressing to us. We do ask to refrain from bringing any children or additional guest who are not getting a service done.

Foreign Fills

At Dimicia's Beauty Bar we accept foreign fills for lash extensions upon appointments. However, an assessment of the lashes will be conducted at the time of your visit to determine if a fill is possible. 

If the lashes meet the required standards, we will proceed with the fill. 

If the lashes do not meet the required standards, a lash removal will be necessary. A $30 removal fee will apply, and a new set of lashes will be applied at the standard price.

Photography and Social Media Policy

Consent for Photos:** We may take before-and-after photos of clients for promotional purposes. Clients will be asked for consent prior to taking any photos.

Social Media:** Clients are encouraged to tag us in their photos on social media. We may share client photos (with permission) on our platforms.

Gift Card Policy

Purchase and Redemption:** Gift cards can be purchased online or in-store and are valid for a specified period. They cannot be redeemed for cash.

 Lost or Stolen Cards:** We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Beauty Bar Rules

• We believe that your time with us is a special opportunity to unwind and indulge in self-care. To enhance your experience and ensure a peaceful atmosphere for everyone, we kindly ask that all mobile phones be put away and set to vibrate during your service. This allows us to focus on providing you with the best possible care without interruptions. Thank you for your understanding. 
• Please remove your gum
• Please keep your eyes closed after the tape is applied until your stylist advises you that it’s okay to open them.
• Stay Cozy During Your Service, we have blankets available for your comfort. 

Schedule after hours.

If you want to schedule after business hours, it will be a $30 fee added to your service.
